At Berlitz you build on nearly 150 years of connecting people through language and culture, while helping power the next chapter of learning.
What we're building
One experience. Every way to learn.
Every learner is different. Their learning experience should be too. Our learners want a teacher in a room, a teacher on a screen, a lesson at 6am on their phone, an AI that will practice a difficult conversation with them forty times without getting bored, and often all of it in the same week.
So that's what we're building: one experience that runs across in-person, live online, self-paced and AI-assisted learning, with real teachers and real method underneath it rather than bolted on top.
That's an ambitious product problem, a complex engineering problem and a significant operational problem, at the scale of 70+ countries.
It's the boldest version of Berlitz we've ever set out to build, and the most exciting work we've ever taken on.
